single-kerb-grab
Single Kerb Grab – Type 2474, 300 to 1000mm Span

The single kerb grab lifts one kerbstone or slab at a time, with jaws that adjust from 300mm to 1000mm. Merchants' yards and storage depots use it to move single items without putting them on a pallet, which also saves on pallet costs.

Spring-loaded plunger pins let you change the span in seconds. GS20 rubber pads give a strong grip without damaging the load, and a retaining bolt stops the compression arms pushing the jaws out of position. It weighs just 35kg and needs no power or hydraulics.

Specifications

Model

SWL

Span

Free height

Jaw length

Weight

2474

300kg

300 to 1000mm

100mm

150mm

35kg

Grip

GS20 rubber pads

Span adjustment

Spring-loaded plunger pins

Mounting

Crane hook, or forklift with the scissor grab yoke

Standards

UKCA marked, Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, supplied with a Certificate of Conformity

Warranty

1 year

Key Features

Lifts single kerbs and slabs

Span adjusts from 300mm to 1000mm with plunger pins

GS20 rubber pads and a retaining bolt on the jaws

Light at 35kg, with no power needed

Made in the UK and supplied fully tested

Before You Order

The single kerb grab is rated at 300kg, so check the weight of your heaviest kerb or slab and that its width sits between 300mm and 1000mm.
