Forklift Fork Protection

Forklift fork protection covers bare steel forks with non-marking rubber, so they don't scratch, dent or puncture your loads, and loads are less likely to slide. The GenieGrip range fits without tools: rubber caps, magnetic cushions, full-length mats and self-adhesive Stik-It pads.

How to Choose Fork Protection

Fork mats cover the whole fork and add an anti-slip tread, so they suit loads that slide or mark easily. Cushions fit magnetically wherever the load touches the fork, and come off just as quickly. Caps protect goods from the fork itself with a wider rubber surface, and Stik-It pads stick on and can be trimmed or joined to suit any fork.

Measure Your Forks

Measure the width of each fork and its length from the heel to the tip. Mats come in 915 to 1830mm lengths for 100, 125 and 150mm wide forks, cushions in 450 to 750mm sizes, and caps for 100 or 125mm forks.

Fork Protection FAQs

Will the rubber mark my goods?

No. Every GenieGrip product uses a non-marking rubber compound, and mats and cushions work from -40°C to 110°C.

Do I need tools to fit them?

No. Caps and mats fit by hand, cushions are magnetic and Stik-It pads are self-adhesive.
