Forklift Forks

Forklift forks wear out: heels grind down, blades bend and tips crack. We supply replacement forks made to order in the UK from boron steel, matched to your truck's carriage, section size, blade length and back height. Choose the type by the carriage your forks hang on.

For longer loads, see our forklift fork extensions, and to stop forks marking your goods, our forklift fork protection.

How to Choose Replacement Forks

Check your carriage

Hook type forks hang over the top and bottom bars of an ITA/FEM carriage, which most counterbalance and warehouse forklifts use. Bar type forks slide onto a round tube carriage, and square plate tines suit the DIN plate carriages found on many rough terrain forklifts.

Measure your current forks

Measure the blade width and thickness, the blade length from the heel to the tip and the back height. For hook type forks, note your carriage class, and for bar type forks, the tube diameter. Your forklift's make, model and rated capacity help us confirm the right section.

When to Replace Forks

Check forks for cracks, bends, a worn heel and damaged locking pins as part of your daily checks, and have them inspected at every thorough examination. Take a damaged fork out of use straight away.
