Auger Torque Log Splitter for Earth Drills

The Auger Torque log splitter fits your earth drill in place of an auger and splits logs as it turns. As it rotates, its self-guiding threaded cone bites into the timber and draws itself in, splitting the log in two. For bigger logs, reposition it to carry on the split along the length of the log.

It turns fallen trees into manageable pieces quickly, using the excavator and earth drill you already have.

Which Version Do I Need?

• 65mm round: for earth drills with a 65mm round output shaft (X1500 to 4500 MAX).
• 65mm round with locking strap: supplied with the strap for X1500 to X2500 drives, or for 3000 MAX to 4500 MAX drives.
• 75mm square: for earth drills with a 75mm square output shaft (5500 MAX and larger).
• 75mm square with locking strap: supplied with the strap for 5500 MAX to 8000 MAX drives.

Auger Torque drives with a 65mm round output shaft (X1500 to 4500 MAX) or a 75mm square output shaft (5500 MAX and larger). Choose the fitting that matches your drive.

Does it need its own hydraulics?

No. It runs off your earth drill, which runs off your excavator's auxiliary circuit.

How long is delivery?
