A forklift wheelie bin lifter lets your driver pick up 240 litre wheelie bins, carry them and stack them from the forklift seat, so nobody has to drag, lift or load bins by hand. It slides onto your forks and picks up one or more bins at a time, up to a 500kg safe working load.
Set your forks to an 800mm spread, drive them into the fork pockets and fit the heel pins, then use the T-screw to secure the lifter to the fork. Drive up behind the bins, hook the lifter under their rear handles and lift. Use it to load and unload bins from vehicles, move full bins to your collection point and stack them. There are very few moving parts, so there's little to maintain.
It suits warehouses and distribution centres, factories, supermarket and retail back areas, hospitals, schools and colleges, and council and waste collection depots: anywhere that moves a lot of 240 litre bins.

Before You Order
Check your bins first. The lifter is made for 240 litre wheelie bins and picks them up by their rear handles, so the handles need to be in good condition. Then check your forks: the pockets take forks up to 140mm wide and 60mm thick, with an 800mm fork spread measured across the outside of the forks. Finally, make sure your forklift can carry the lifter plus your full bins, and ask your forklift dealer for the truck's capacity with the attachment fitted if you're unsure.

How many bins can it lift at once?
One or more, as long as the total weight stays within its 500kg safe working load and your forklift's capacity. Ask us if you'd like us to check your bins.
Does it empty the bins?
No. The lifter is for lifting, moving and stacking bins. To tip 90 to 240 litre bins and empty them, choose the 90–240L forklift wheelie bin handler.
Will it fit my forklift?
It fits most counterbalance forklifts with forks up to 140 x 60mm that can be set to an 800mm spread. Measure your forks before you order, or send us the sizes and we'll check.
