Auger Torque 3000–4500 MAX Earth Drill Hitch – Double Pin or Cradle
Delivery within 7–10 Working Days*
The Auger Torque 3000–4500 MAX hitch mounts an Auger Torque 3000 MAX, 3500 MAX or 4500 MAX earth drill on your excavator. It's made to measure for your machine's pins and dipper, so the drive is mounted securely with no universal brackets and no site modifications.
Choose a standard double pin hitch or a double pin cradle hitch, for pins from 30mm to 60mm, to suit 2–5 tonne excavators.
Double Pin or Cradle Hitch?
- Double pin hitch: a straightforward, rigid mount with minimal movement.
- Double pin cradle hitch: gives you more control over the auger's position and angle on uneven ground.
Measurements We Need
Choose your pin diameter when you order, then send us the rest of your measurements and we'll confirm everything before the hitch is made:
- Front and rear pin diameters
- Pin centres
- Dipper width
- Excavator make and model
- Quick hitch make and model, if you use one
Our guide on how to measure an excavator for a new bucket shows how to take them. If you can't measure, send us photos of your dipper and pins and we'll help.

Hitch FAQs
Which earth drills does it fit?
Auger Torque 3000 MAX, 3500 MAX and 4500 MAX earth drills.
Double pin or cradle hitch?
The double pin hitch is the simpler, more rigid mount. The cradle hitch gives you more control over the auger's position and angle on uneven ground.
What if my pins are a different size?
Ask us before ordering and we'll check what's available for your machine.
Is the hitch included with the earth drill?
No. The earth drill and hitch are sold separately, because the hitch is made to fit your excavator.
