These ultra heavy duty fork extensions slide over your forklift's existing forks to carry long or oversized loads, such as long pallets, timber packs, steel sections and plasterboard. They fit forks from 80 x 40mm up to 200 x 75mm, come in lengths from 1200mm to 2400mm (1.2m to 2.4m), and are the strongest fork extensions in our range.
Each extension has a 5mm steel outer with full-length 8mm plates welded inside, giving a 13mm wall that resists bending under heavy loads. A fully rounded, capped toe slides into pallets without snagging, and a closed-base strap and removable heel pin hold the extension on the fork. You just remove the pin, drive the forks in and refit the pin, so there's no lifting by hand.

Which Length Do You Need?
Each extension should be no longer than 150% of your fork length, so the fork supports at least two-thirds of it. Measure your forks from heel to tip, then check the shortest fork each length needs:

Choose the shortest length that supports your load. Longer extensions move the load further from the truck, which cuts what your forklift can safely lift. Our guide on how to measure your forklift for fork extensions takes you through it step by step.
Before You Order
Measure the width and thickness of your forks and pick the model with a max fork section equal to or just above them. An extension that's too tight won't go on, and one that's too loose will move under load. Then check your forklift's capacity at the new load centre with your truck's data plate or your forklift dealer, because the extension's rating can never be more than the truck can lift.
Delivery is usually 2 to 4 working days, or 10 to 14 working days for 200mm forks. If you're not sure which size fits, send us your fork width, thickness and length and we'll confirm the right model before you order.
Ultra Heavy Duty or Heavy Duty?
Choose these ultra heavy duty extensions for heavy, dense or frequent loads, or if your forks are 80mm, 150mm or 200mm wide. For general use on 100mm or 125mm forks, our heavy duty fork extensions are a lighter, lower-cost option. If your loads are wide rather than long, a four fork attachment supports both ends of the load.

Will these fit my forklift?
They fit most counterbalance forklifts, as long as your forks are no bigger than the max fork section for the model you choose and long enough for the extension length. Measure your forks before ordering, or send us the sizes and we'll check.
Which length should I order?
The shortest length that supports your load, as long as your forks meet the minimum length in the table above. For example, 1800mm extensions need forks at least 1200mm long.
What are they rated to?
FEX-100 extensions are rated to 3000kg and FEX-125 to 3400kg, both at a 500mm load centre. FEX-150 extensions are rated to 5800kg at a 600mm load centre. Ask us for the FEX-80 and FEX-200 ratings. Your forklift's own capacity at the extended load centre is the limit you must work to.
How are the extensions held on?
A closed-base strap and a removable heel pin behind the fork heel stop the extension sliding off. Always refit the pin before lifting.
