Prices depend on your forklift and the options you need, so every attachment is quoted individually.

A forklift gas bottle handler lets your forklift pick up and carry gas cylinders, so nobody has to lift them by hand. It slides onto your forks through two fork pockets and locks on with a heel pin, and webbing straps with ratchet tensioners hold each cylinder in the frame.

It takes cylinders from 240 to 318mm in diameter and carries up to 500kg, such as four 4.5kg butane cylinders or two 15kg cylinders. The low base makes loading and unloading easier, and the safety yellow finish keeps it easy to see. It's made in the UK.

Before You Order

Send us the width and thickness of your forks so we can confirm they fit the pockets and can be set to the 905mm fork spread. The handler weighs 69kg, so add that to the weight of the full cylinders when you check your forklift's capacity with the attachment fitted. Send us your truck's capacity plate details if you'd like help.

Close the valves and strap every cylinder in before you lift, and keep the load low while you travel. Attachments that carry the load should be included in your forklift's LOLER thorough examinations, so ask your examiner which interval applies. Read how to move and lift gas cylinders safely, then request a quote with your forklift make, model and fork size.
