Forklift Pallet Rotator – 500kg, 360° Rotation
Price and lead time confirmed with your quote
Prices depend on your forklift and the options you need, so every attachment is quoted individually.
A forklift pallet rotator picks up a pallet on its own tines and turns it through a full 360 degrees, so you can empty the contents without unloading them by hand. It sleeves onto your forklift's forks, locks behind the fork heels with quick release pins, and handles loads up to 500kg.
Rotation is by hand through a worm gearbox, which keeps the turn steady and controlled. The FMPR-1 uses a crank handle, and the FMPR-2 uses a loop chain for turning the load when it's raised above waist height. The tines are standard forklift forks with tapered toes for easy pallet entry, and they adjust between 550mm and 806mm to suit different pallets.

Before You Order
The rotator carries the pallet well in front of your forks, at a 1890mm load centre, and weighs 187kg itself. Both cut what your forklift can safely lift by a long way, so check the derated capacity before you order. Send us the details from your truck's capacity plate and we'll check it with the manufacturer. Your forks also need to fit the 140 x 60mm sleeves and be set 890mm apart, measured outside to outside.
Keep people clear while a load is turning, and away from where the contents will fall. Attachments that carry the load should be included in your forklift's LOLER thorough examinations, so ask your examiner which interval applies. For help choosing attachments, read our guide to forklift attachments, then request a quote with your forklift make, model and fork size.
