These heavy duty fork extensions slide over 100 x 50mm and 125 x 50mm forks so you can carry long pallets, timber, steel lengths and other long loads every day. They come in 1800mm and 2000mm lengths and are a lighter, lower-cost alternative to our ultra heavy duty range.
Each extension is pressed from 6mm steel with a folded channel along the underside for strength, and a plated underside stops it riding up the back of the fork. The rounded tip slides in and out of pallets easily, and a removable heel pin holds the extension on. You just remove the pin, drive the forks in and refit the pin, so there's no lifting by hand.

Which Length Do You Need?
Each extension should be no longer than 150% of your fork length, so the fork supports at least two-thirds of it. That means 1800mm extensions need forks at least 1200mm long, and 2000mm extensions need forks at least 1335mm long. Choose the shorter length if it supports your load, because longer extensions cut what your forklift can safely lift. Before You Order
Check that your forks are no bigger than 100 x 50mm for the EFEX100 models or 125 x 50mm for the EFEX125 models. The sleeve should slide on without forcing and sit snugly, so a fork much narrower than the sleeve isn't a good fit. Then check your forklift's capacity at the extended load centre with your truck's data plate or your forklift dealer.

Heavy Duty or Ultra Heavy Duty?
These heavy duty extensions suit everyday long loads on 100mm and 125mm forks. If you handle heavy, dense or frequent loads, need a length other than 1800mm or 2000mm, or have 80mm, 150mm or 200mm forks, choose our ultra heavy duty fork extensions, which have a 13mm wall and come in lengths from 1200mm to 2400mm. What fork sizes do these fit?
Forks up to 100 x 50mm with the EFEX100 models, or up to 125 x 50mm with the EFEX125 models.
How are they held on?
A removable heel pin behind the fork heel stops the extension sliding off, and the plated underside stops it riding up. Always refit the pin before lifting.
Are they certified for use in the UK?
Yes. They're made to ISO 13284:2022, CE marked and UKCA compliant, and supplied with a Certificate of Conformity.
