A towable salt spreader with a 190 litre hopper, built to be pulled behind a forklift or any vehicle with a standard ball hitch or towing pin. It's driven by its own axle as it rolls, so there's no electrical or hydraulic connection to make and nothing to wire into the truck.
A flow control lever sets how much salt goes down, and a galvanised mesh guard and rain cover keep the hopper safe and the salt dry. Outside the winter months it works as a seed, fertiliser or grass spreader too, so it earns its keep all year.

Before You Order
For gritting, use dry white rock salt only. You'll need a ball hitch or towing pin on your forklift or vehicle. If your forklift doesn't have one, our forklift tow hitch slides onto the forks and has a 50mm ball and pin. Delivery is usually 7 to 10 working days.
Clear the Snow First
