An adjustable forklift hook turns your forks into a lifting point for slung loads. It slides onto the forks, adjusts along their length so you can set the hook where you need it, and locks in place with two large T-screws. A swivel hook and shackle are supplied.
Five models lift from 1000kg to 5000kg. The 1000 to 3000kg models fit forks up to 145 x 65mm at a 500mm spread, and the 4000 and 5000kg models take forks up to 185 x 85mm at 590mm, with a load-bearing swivel.

Before You Order
Check your forks fit the pockets for the model you need. The further along the fork you set the hook, the less your forklift can lift, so check its capacity at that load centre using the capacity plate, or send us the details and we'll help.
Under LOLER, lifting equipment needs regular thorough examination by a competent person, and lifting accessories need one at least every six months unless an examination scheme sets a different interval, so ask your examiner which applies to you.
