An automatic base emptying stillage empties factory waste without the driver leaving the seat. Lift it over the skip, lower it against the skip and the hinged base opens to drop the load. Set it back down on solid ground and the base locks again, with no wires, pulleys or climbing.
Five sizes hold 0.5m³ to 2m³. Like our manual stillage, it's built from 2mm steel sides and a 3mm steel base, with pallet feet for stacking and a safety chain to the truck. Castors are available, and you can choose colours to keep waste streams apart.

Before You Order
Use it for dry waste only. Wet loads leak through the base, which can overload the stillage and damage the locking mechanism. The load rating depends on the size, so tell us what you'll collect and we'll confirm the right model and its rating with your quote.
