Prices depend on the model and options you need, so every lifting attachment is quoted individually.

A crane slung spreader beam hangs from your crane hook by a central lifting eye and spreads the load between a hook at each end, so you can lift long or wide loads such as steel beams, long materials and machine tools level and under control.

The two standard models are 2000mm wide and rated at 1000kg or 2000kg, made from S275 mild steel with a swivel sling hook at each end and shackles supplied. Beams can be made to any width and capacity, with extra lifting points, chains or lifting straps on request. It can also hang from a forklift fitted with a hook attachment.

Before You Order

Tell us the load's weight, length and lifting points, and we'll confirm the width and capacity you need. Your crane lifts the beam as well as the load, so add its 44kg or 45kg when you check the crane's rating at the working radius. Lifting from your forks instead? The forklift spreader beam slides onto the forks with a hook at each end.

Have every lift planned by a competent person, and keep everyone clear of the area under the load. Under LOLER, lifting equipment needs regular thorough examination by a competent person, and lifting accessories need one at least every six months unless an examination scheme sets a different interval, so ask your examiner which applies to you. Request a quote with your load details and the crane you'll use.
