A forklift coil boom, often called a coil ram, carries steel coils, wire reels, concrete pipes and other cylindrical loads through their centre. It mounts on the carriage with a short, solid EN19T steel pole cut to suit your coil length and material.
A tapered nose cone slides into tight cores without damaging the coil, and a bearing plate and shrink ring absorb shock loads in transit. Machined rear hangers are standard for fitting to the carriage, with quick release hangers on request.

Before You Order
The boom is made to your load, so send us the inside diameter, length and weight of your heaviest coil, with your forklift make, model and carriage class. On a reach truck, tell us the undercarriage clearance too. Check the truck's capacity with the boom fitted, because the boom moves the load away from the mast.
