A forklift wheelie bin rotator picks up a large 660 to 1100 litre wheelie bin by its side trunnions and turns it over in mid-air, so you can empty it completely, or turn it to clean or repair it, without anyone tipping the bin or reaching into it by hand. It fits onto your forklift forks and comes with a loop chain or hydraulic drive.
The bin sits in a steel girdle that locates on its trunnions, and a webbing ratchet strap holds it in. A worm gearbox turns the bin smoothly and locks it at any angle, so you control how far it tips and it stays where you leave it. Heel pins hold the rotator on the forks. The loop chain model is turned by hand with a chain and is rated at 250kg, while the hydraulic model turns the bin under hydraulic power and is rated at 500kg.

Before You Order
Check your bins first. The rotator is made for 660 to 1100 litre wheelie bins with side trunnions, and it holds the bin by those trunnions, so they need to be in good condition. Then check how heavy your bins get when full: the loop chain model is rated at 250kg and the hydraulic model at 500kg, so choose the hydraulic model for heavy or dense waste. If you're not sure which suits your bins, tell us your bin type and what goes in it and we'll check before you order.
Then check your forks and truck. The fork pockets take forks up to 140mm wide and 55mm thick, with a 790mm fork spread. The rotator weighs 183kg (loop chain) or 185kg (hydraulic), so make sure your forklift is rated for that plus a full bin, and ask your forklift dealer for the truck's capacity with the attachment fitted if you're unsure. For the hydraulic model, send us your forklift's make and model so we can confirm the hydraulic connection. Delivery is usually around 20 working days.
